Writing update.

It's been a busy time recently, I've attended several of our local shows and been out and about with the camera. Articles will result from some of what I've seen and if you take a look at the forthcoming Farming North issue it'll have some interesting things in there too.

If you are keen on breeding from your own hunter, then I've just covered that in the Countryman's Weekly and there's an article by me in the current issue of Home Farmer on the Mangalitza pig; now there's an interesting and rather rare breed. Next month I'm taking a look at 'Men in sheds' or should that be 'people' in sheds, for even ladies and youngsters use sheds.

As autumn is on its way there are bound to be some great photo opportunities on Speyside, the colours are enticing and the crisp clear mornings are amongst some of my favourite times, the only downside is that winter won't be far behind.
