I'm delighted to announce that the manuscript for my latest title 'A Boot Up the Moray Way' is complete and about to be parcelled up for posting. It's been an enjoyable few months doing the walks, taking the photos and writing each walk up. I think I must be getting fitter too as the last few walks have got easier. The sun shone for a few of the walks and the pix look good too. My favourite walk? I think it has to be to Covesea lighthouse, not for the length or difficulty of the walk, but for the spectacular sea views, wild life on offer and the lighthouse itself. I highly recommend it if you've never been.
So now that's done I'm turning my attention to more magazine work for the time being. It's always great to get a book finished and take a break, but then I seem to get itchy feet and fingers and begin looking for my next project, and I've plenty in mind once I'm rested.
