The winner of a copy of my latest book 'Spirit of Highland Cattle' is Angus Matheson from Dingwall. The competition ran in Farming North magazine published by Scottish Provincial Press Ltd, a big thank you goes to Alan Hendry.
The entries flooded in from across the Farming North area from Dunnet in the far north, through Lybster, Elgin, Inverurie, Gairloch, Strathpeffer, Grantown, Boat of Garten and Aviemore. Aswanley Horse Trials proved a big hit last weekend let's hope Wee Burgie does the same, super events and a fitting end to the season in the north too. Plenty to photograph, watch and enjoy.
