The good news today is that Old Pond has sold 1,000 copies of my book 'The Horses of Appleby Fair'. What a super team effort, my thanks go to everybody at Old Pond; especially Heather for all her hard work and Roger for his belief, I couldn't have got his far without any of you. Here's to the next 1,000!
The talk to take place at Peterhead camera club in less than 2 weeks is well in hand. The pictures are all ready and the commentary written (even David Cameron has his words written down, so I'm told), so it's practice time now. Let's hope it goes well on the night.
On a personal note, I spent a fantastic day at Spey Bay waiting and watching for the dolphins, sadly no luck but the weather and conditions were perfect and the sea just fantastic, plenty of pictures taken! It's a magical place.
